With training at their core, Great Lengths’ have recruited Ross Taylor to join their Education Team.
Manager of Paul Falltrick’s flagship salon in Romford, Essex, Ross began his career as Paul’s assistant seven years ago during which time he has not gone unrecognised in the industry:
- Receiving the Assistant of the Year accolade at the Hairdressing Business Awards in 2004
- Finalist of the prestigious FAME team in 2006
- Finalist for Artistic Team of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards 2007
- Selected for FAME Team 2010
Ross’s passion for hairdressing stretches beyond the salon walls and he is often called upon to work his magic on newspaper, magazine, and music video shoots, as well as working on stage at Salon International for the past five years and representing BaByliss at the Clothes Show Live.
Having trained originally with Great Lengths four years ago on all three application systems, he has a wealth of extension knowledge. As Salon Manager, Ross is constantly training other members of staff his skills and knowledge, so it comes as no surprise that Ross was chosen to work with Great Lengths as a National Educator.
“I am so excited to be working closely with a company shares the same visions. Not only am I pleased to be showing my knowledge of hair extensions, but also sharing my passion for localised education. To be a Great Lengths Educator to me is a real achievement that only a few hairdressers can dream of.” Ross Taylor
Having completed additional teacher training, Ross is due to take his first Partnership Training Programme; teaching delegates how to become a Great Lengths certified extensionist and ensure the very best in Great Lengths training.
