Not just quality hair, Great Lengths are ISO 9001 accredited for excellence in quality management

Having recently obtained recognition as an Investors in People company, Great Lengths now announce that they have also obtained ISO 9001 accreditation which demonstrates the company’s quality standards and management across their hair, application systems, training and products. ISO is the world’s publisher of International Standards which sets the criteria a company is required to meet to gain this internationally recognised accreditation. Through a thorough company audit and full assessment of all processes within the company undertaken by the British Standards Institution (BSI) Great Lengths can now fly the kite within the hair extensions industry with the recognised BSI ISO kite mark logo. What’s more, by achieving accreditation for the whole business and all their business processes, Great Lengths have set themselves apart from their competitors and customers can feel confident and rely on Great Lengths as supplier of choice in the hair extensions industry.

In order to achieve ISO 9001 Great Lengths underwent a thorough assessment of their Quality Management System which was based on the actions they take to ensure products and services satisfy their customers and the quality of a product or service required by their customers. Through this assessment Great Lengths have shone in their outstanding ability to successfully operate a Quality Management System for the provision of hair extensions and related application systems and training, as well as products and accessories. This was made evident by their outstanding process performance measures.
