Introducing the 2010 Classic Collection from Great Lengths - collaboration of stunning timeless styles from the world leaders in hair extensions. Styled by Great Lengths Austria’s Artistic Director, Mario Gutmann, these six styles portray pure elegance and sophistication.
Look 1Look 1 is glamour and elegance combined. A sleek and perfectly formed semi up do with maximum body at the crown with full sweeping fringe and loose curls throughout. This style demonstrates the 1960’s Bridgette Bardot era which is hot this season. Platinum blonde and ash tones were added throughout with shoulder length (30 cm) and 75 strands to reflect that bouffant style.
This look 2 style is reminiscent of old school elegance, a classic bun loosely pinned for a regal inspired look with a modern twist. With beautiful warm auburn tones, this look is immaculately groomed to a smooth and silky finish. Using a blend of warm brown tones, platinum and honey blondes and auburn shades which reflects the light beautifully. A shoulder length application of 30 cm in length and 75 strands were added.
Look 3 is a classic hippie chic style with dishevelled and unstructured curls, slightly back combed to achieve that unkempt look. A structured long hair cut with body throughout this style is eye-catching and vibrant with stunning graduated colours of various shades of red. Plum and auburn tones were added throughout, adding 75 cm in length and approximately 160 strands were applied.
Look 6 is a classic blonde angelic style with full and bouncy curls with lots of volume. An everyday, every occasion style with a centre parting that is desirable and wearable. Adding just two shades of virtuous blonde tones of platinum and ash. Created with 45 cm length extensions, and 59 strands applied for added volume and movement.
Vibrant Look 7 has rich tones of red and plum set off this classic bob with a sweeping fringe and slight wave. Jewel blue flashes have been applied in the underneath front sections of the hair which offer a modern combination of contrast colour that blend beautifully. 30 cm of length has been added and a full set of 150 strands for added volume.
Look 8 is a beautifully elegant style with an added twist of colour is heavily structured with a full blunt fringe. A multitude of colours were added giving depth to the style - blending auburn and pastel green, ash blonde and pastel green were applied underneath for a flash of colour, and two bright baby blonde shades applied throughout to maintain the classic feel of this style. To achieve lots of volume 168 strands were applied with 45 cm length.
